Our accommodation is a beautiful house in a rural setting a just 10 km from Pontevedra. Located in Xustáns, a small village in the municipality of Ponte Caldelas, it is a traditional restored stone house, with three floors and an Inca f of 2,600 m, ideal for spending family vacations. With its large accommodation capacity and large spaces, it is also the perfect place for your celebrations with friends. The interior design of the house makes it a unique place with a very special beauty, which combines the traditional with an open and bright distribution. It has 14 beds, with places for 20 people, 4 extra beds, being able to accommodate 26 people in its total occupancy, and 4 complete bathrooms. The attic space, a charming room with seven single beds, is ideal for the enjoyment of the youngest. It is an ideal house for the practice of music in general, recordings, courses, thematic meetings, retreats, concerts, etc. Thanks to its spacious room of 50 m2 and 5 m high, with lateral glass opening onto an interior patio, you will have a perfect space to carry out your project or celebrate your event. It has a fireplace in the living room and a lareira with stone oven. This typical construction consisting of a flat stone at a little distance from the ground, which was formerly the center of the house, was used to heat the house and cook. Next to the pantry and laundry area is the kitchen, where you will be able to enjoy cooking like at home, since it has all kinds of appliances and kitchenware available to guests. It has oven, induction cooker and traditional wood-burning cooker. The house is surrounded by a large estate for recreation, with a stone barbecue and a small external circular pool with a diameter of 5 meters, ideal for children (available from June 15 to September 15). On the main façade we also find the hórreo and a pergola. Living up to its name, the house has a grand piano for professional use with a Disklavier system and various musical instruments available for the enjoyment of guests. If you want to stay in a cozy and special stay, the house awaits you with the open doors.

Our accommodation is located in , one of the few villages that, even though it is very close to the city, conserves a large number of livestock. The neighbors are very welcoming and are willing to help with any setback that may arise. The village store is a 10-minute walk away. 100 meters from the house, you will be immersed in the middle of nature: cart paths, streams, carballeiras, muiños and streams to take a dip. Civilization seems to disappear after two minutes of walking. (Beware of footwear, you will find mud). Its location is perfect both for local tourism and for moving around Galicia. In the closest environment we recommend visiting the area of ​​ Ponte Caldelas, Soutomaior and Redondela, where you can find areas of natural and architectural interest less than half an hour away by car. In Pontevedra it is worth visiting the historic center of the city, where you can stroll through its beautiful pedestrian streets and enjoy a wide gastronomic offer, visiting picturesque places such as Praza do Teucro, Ruinas de San Domingos, Praza da Leña and Praza da Verdura, Alameda Park, Praza and Igrexa da Peregrina… The nearest beaches are half an hour away by car. We recommend the beaches of Portocelo, Mogor and Aguete, in Marín, the Loira beach in Seixo or the Cesantes beach in Redondela, where you can enjoy the views of the San Simón Island. In the Rías Baixas you cannot miss the spectacular beaches of Cangas do Morrazo, O Grove and San Vicente do Mar, where you will find sandbanks of various characteristics, from small coves to long beaches, some with impressive rock formations, others located in protected natural environments... The islands and archipelagos of the Rías Baixas are a must-see: Illas Cíes in the Vigo estuary, Illas de Ons in the Pontevedra estuary, and Illa de Arousa, which can be accessed by car through the bridge.
