Abarra I

In the Arakil Valley, in the village of Egiarreta, we have built this beautiful rural house named Abarra, which clearly represents the style of this area. With a white stone facade, its windows are visible throughout. Through the main door we access 4 apartments that are distributed throughout all the floors of the house.

The first of them is located precisely on the last floor, on the attic. This is quite appealing because the wood and the beams give a different air to the house.

Inside the house we find the following rooms:

• A completely diaphanous room in which we find the living room and the kitchen. The latter is presented with a very modern furniture in orange tones that perfectly integrate all the appliances. You have the most current and innovative ones that will allow you to prepare the best recipes. There is a dining table right next to make it much more practical.

• As mentioned, the living room is located in this same area and is formed by a pair of sofas, which has the option of becoming a bed, a low table and a cabinet where the television is. Undoubtedly, the windows are the most characteristic, there are enough and through them a lot of light comes in.

• There are 2 double rooms, each of them with 2 single beds. We prepare them with their sets of sheets and blankets, so you just have to worry about resting. In the rooms you will find a reading corner, as well as furniture to organize all your clothes and personal items.

• The bathroom has a sink, toilet and a very practical shower with curtain. There are also some shelves that will allow you to organize all your beauty products.

Access to the house is very easy since we are in the center of the town and everything is totally asphalted, this way you can come in your car and park wherever you want. Throughout the town you have green areas and a playground para enjoy the outdoors of a view and a perfect environment.

Less than 25 kilometers from Pamplona is our town, Egiarreta, which belongs to the region of La Barranca, in Navarra. It is a beautiful place where you can rest and also know a new place full of real beauties. The Romanesque hermitage Santiago de Itxasperri domina all the center of the town.

The Sierra de Aralar becomes the perfect scenery, the great karstic massif creates plains full of intense vegetation. And precisely, in the middle of so much forest, we find a very representative monument that attracts a lot of attention because of the area where it is located. We are talking about the Sanctuary of San Miguel de Aralar. It has more than a thousand years and its beauty is indisputable. All this we find a very little distance from where the rural house is located.

Another wonder of nature is the famous Robledal de Orgi, which is again very close to us. It is also a millenary forest in which the oak groves are the protagonists. It has areas that are completely pedestrian and through which you can take beautiful walks and discover true gems of nature.
