Agroturismo Arkaia

We are in the Arkaia.

Our accommodation is adapted for people with reduced mobility.

In addition to the bathrooms, which can be accessed perfectly if you have limited movement, we also have a elevator to move between the floors of the house.

In the bathrooms voice and visual systems have been installed that will help people with different disabilities (visual, sound) .

We have capacity for 12 people.

Bedrooms

• We have 3 rooms with capacity for 2 people each.
• A suite room, with private bathroom
• A single room with terrace.

Kitchen

The kitchen is very large and spacious. It has a large countertop with wooden stools, where you can sit while you prepare the meal.

In addition, we have all the appliances that you may need during your stay: microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, etc. and the rest of necessary utensils.

Living room

The living room, has a beautiful wood stove, which is perfectly combined with the modern decor of this estancia.

In addition, we have different dark leather armchairs, a side table and a table to eat with chairs. As electronic devices, you can enjoy a flat screen TV and a DVD to watch your favorite movies.

The house has heating of underfloor heating. This will allow regular from each room, adapting the temperature to each guest.

Outdoor area

A garden of gravel and vegetation. The pots are made of wood and the garden forms a small island in the center of the outside area, being able to contemplate perfectly from the terraces of the bedrooms.

We have an area, which was once a laundry, but now and thanks to the reform, we have enabled it as porch area. Here you can spend the nights and days, while you eat a barbecue or make meat in our wood oven.

We are in the village Arkaia.

You can go to visit Vitoria, because we are only 4 km away.

Here you should see:

• The Cathedral of Santa María. It is a Gothic temple that has acted as a muse for authors such as Ken Follet.
• The green ring, a set of parks that, as the name suggests, surrounds Vitoria. Among them we highlight the park of Salburua, formed by large lagoons and wetlands. You can enjoy the different types of fauna and flora.
• Different museums such as the Fine Arts, or the Bibat.

Moving away a little you can go to see:

• The Urrunaga Reservoir, a reservoir in which you can carry out different tasks.
• You can also go see Bilbao a less than an hour by car or San Sebastián.

Do not forget to try the famous I cheese Idiazabal o a wine from La Rioja.
