Located in a building of 3 floors, the house occupies the first floor and the lower deck, forming a duplex in this way.

It has seats for 10 people and is divided into the following stays:

• 4 double rooms, all with integrated bathroom. 2 of these rooms are furnished with a double bed and the rest with 2 single beds. In addition, the house can accommodate up to 2 extra beds.

• A kitchen recently built and decorated in a modern way that is fully equipped so that guests can make meals quickly and comfortably.

• A living-dining room furnished with sofas arranged around a television to relax in the afternoons.

• A living room with sofas and game tables to spend the afternoon throwing a game.

• A garden that surrounds the house to sunbathe and walk contemplating the surroundings.

• A parking so that guests can leave the car without problems.

Villanueva de Aézcoa, also known by its name in Basque Hiriberri, is a village of 113 inhabitants located in the valley of Aezkoa. This valley is sandwiched between the Pyrenean mountains and is dotted with small villages with white-walled houses and sloping roofs for the snow to slip. Its inhabitants jealously guard the process of making a sheep's cheese that is famous throughout the community.

Near this valley is the mountain range of Abodi, a mountain range where the dolmen of Gibelea is located, testimony of the passage of the Paleolithic man through these mountains. The mountain range is chaired by the peak of Orhi which can be climbed by taking a one-hour route from the port of Larrau to contemplate spectacular views of the Irati Forest.

The Jungle of Irati is a beech forest that covers an area of ​​17,000 hectares and is considered one of the best preserved in Europe, as well as one of the largest forest areas in Navarra. This jungle can be crossed thanks to the 16 marked trails that take the visitor to the most hidden corners.
