What to see in Vicorto? This place is a hidden gem in the middle of the landscape of the Sierra del Segura and the Segura river, with many points of interest that you can't miss on the village streets.
The castle, located on the top of a hill, is the most emblematic site in the area. Although there are no roads that lead to it, you can hike up a path that leads from the park to the promontory.

When are the fiestas in Vicorto? The main fiestas are in May. There are parades, open-air dances and marching bands, as well as some running of the bulls during the festive period.
Other important festivals are held on 15 August in honour of its patron saint, Nuestra Señora de la Asunción. Winter events include the festivities of Santa Lucía, in January, and San Antón, in December.
