Located in Valencia, the Community of paella and las fallaes, it is very close to the Mediterranean Sea, extensive beaches where you will have a great time and where you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest.
Its interior is for 5 people maximum, with 2 floors in which they are distributed:

Its interior is for 5 people maximum, with 2 floors in which they are distributed:
- 3 Bedrooms:, two of them with a large double bed and the other with a single. The main one, with an en-suite bathroom and an exterior projection, will be found on the upper floor. To access it you will be guided by a spiral staircase.
- Connected, with access to the terrace and a rustic style that respects the wooden beams and the parquet, these rooms are very well equipped and will make you feel at home. X
- 2 Bathrooms: one with sloping ceilings, in an orange color that stands out from the marble, has a shower tray. The other one too, but it maintains a modern look with a glass door. For either of the two there are towels, essentials and amenities so you don't have to bring it from home. Do you need a hairdryer? We have one available so you don't miss it.
- A kitchen at the foot of the stairs, also connected to the living room on the same ground floor. It is differentiated into two parts: the appliance area with its oven and microwave to heat up meals; and the island, which includes high stools for breakfast and that functions as dining room.
- It is very complete, you will not miss anything and after preparing your homemade dishes, there is a dishwasher. The coffee maker puts the icing on the cake to enjoy after dinner.
- A living room with 2 balconies that function as windows, the views towards the quiet neighborhood where we are. It consists of an L-shaped sofa with a central table that includes with it two more seats, low and covered in the same material as the main one. The television is in front to distract you a little.
