This beautiful house that is rented in its entirety , is located in the municipality of Los Villares, within the province Jaén, in an impressive setting and with privileged views, in which to give yourself a well-deserved rest.

In addition, if you love enjoying nature in an active way, you can discover the spectacular source of the Frío River, in the nearby Sierra de la Pandera.

Inside the house you will find all the comforts you can imagine. With a capacity up to 12 people, you can spend a great vacation whether you go with your family or with your group of friends, and in which you will have access to the entire house, except for two rooms located in the upper part of it.

The accommodation is divided into several rooms:

A large and bright living room with a spacious and comfortable sofa where you can relax in the warmth of our home fireplace, if you visit us in winter, while you watch your favorite program on television. In addition, it has a large dining table, located next to the kitchen area, where you can enjoy your favorite dishes as a group.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and dishes, and with a convenient serving hatch located next to the dining table, to facilitate the tasks related to meals.

It also has a magnificent reading room, with library included, which will make your reading time something pleasant. For this you will have several very comfortable sofas, as well as another small fireplace located in the center of the room.
Regarding the rooms, we have five rooms that accommodate a total of 10 beds: a double bed, a trundle bed made up of two beds together, and eight single beds, which have bedding.

All rooms have bathroom with shower or bathtub and also includes towels and personal hygiene articles.

In the exterior we will find an idyllic terrace, which is accessed through the kitchen, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast in an atmosphere of peace and calm.

You can also have fun taking a dip in our swimming pool, with amazing views, and then relax, right next to it, on some comfortable loungers, while you sunbathe.

As additional services, you will have free Wifi, to be connected at all times and to be able to tell your surroundings about the wonderful holidays you are enjoying, and heating, to maintain a warm environment if you visit us in winter.

At the entrance of the house, you can have a parking area, if you travel by car.
If you are planning your stay in the company of your dog, we regret to say that we do not allow pets.

Located in the town of Los Villares, in the southern part of the province of Jaén, you can fully enjoy nature in the magnificent environment of the Sierra de la Pandera, where you can make numerous hiking trails, highlighting the one that leads to the source of the Frío River.

In the surroundings, at a maximum of one hour by car, you can visit different towns with great charm and a multitude of historical heritage, such as Bailén or Baeza or the capital of the province, Jaén.
In them you can get lost in its streets admiring its monuments, and also enjoy, in its restaurants, typical foods of the area
