On the outskirts of the Granada town of Cónchar, in the middle of nature, this holiday home is located. With a privileged location in the highest point of the town, from its rooms it is possible to contemplate magnificent views of the mountains and the fields of cultivation.

The house, which has been renovated a few years ago, has preserved the original materials of its construction. The tile or the wood for the ceilings, the classic furniture or the mud used for the floors, confer a certain rustic air turning each corner into a most welcoming space.

It has capacity for 6 people so it would be the perfect destination for a few days of rest with family or friends accompanied even by your pet, as the house allows pets. XX
Upon entering we receive a outdoor terrace with furniture to enjoy the environment and the barbecue.

It consists of 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 with two single beds divided into two heights. The toilet is located on the ground floor and on the upper floor, the bathroom with shower tray fully equipped.

The kitchen, rustic in appearance, is long and very bright. It has two windows, a brick countertop, gas stove, oven and a table with chairs for the convenience of our visitors.

The living room of the rural house is adapted to the winter months: its wooden beamed ceilings and wood fireplace will allow you to enjoy warm chats in the colder months.

For its location, visitors who decide to share a few days in our accommodation, can see both from its rooftop and from its outdoor terrace unbeatable views of the mountains of Sierra Nevada.

If something characterizes Cónchar is its watchtower of medieval origin that served at the time to have controlled the set of the Valle de Lecrín, which today also gives its name to the region.

Only 15 kilometers from The Council is Granada: majestic city where contemplate The Alhambra and explore its corners that today still retain that Moorish and very Andalusian character that permeates its neighborhoods.
