If you are looking for a quiet place to disconnect surrounded by a natural environment, we suggest our accommodation.
It is an old town house, restored with great taste, but preserving its rural charm, in the Alicante town of Confrides, in the heart of the Sierra de Aitana. Its location in the center of the small town allows you to have a totally rural experience. From the house you can walk a few minutes to the town oven or the sausage shop.
The house has capacity for large groups of up to 12 people and its distribution is spread over two floors.

- First floor: through the hall we will access the large dining room, composed of a table with space for all guests and with a wood-burning fireplace that will make cold days warmer and more pleasant. The next space is the living room, a comfortable space to enjoy good entertainment with the Smart TV while you relax on the chaise longue sofa. The kitchen is independent, modern in appearance, and very well equipped . This floor also houses one of the rooms which includes a double bed, as well as a practical toilet.
- Second floor: it is entirely dedicated to the rest space, housing the remaining five bedrooms. These are divided into four rooms with a double bed, one of them also with access to a large terrace with great views to the outside, plus a room with two beds. Likewise, we will find two bathrooms, both with shower and towels available.
- Exterior: from inside the house you can access the covered porch, a chill out space to enjoy a day of relaxation outdoors, or a good meal prepared on the mobile barbecue. The porch leading to the spacious garden, with a lot of vegetation with which to protect you from the summer sun.

My name is Clara and I am originally from the town of Confrides. After several years living in Valencia I decided to make the dream I had always had come true of restoring my family's old house in our beautiful town. The house was only inhabited in the summer and needed a lot of love and work.
I dedicated all my effort, time and money to preparing it to accommodate travelers who want to discover the beautiful region of Guadalest. I thought of all the details so that groups of friends, families with children and pets would really feel at home.
You can count on both me and my partner Sara for any questions regarding the house, but also regarding the area before, during and after your stay here.
What the owner pinpoints on the property
When the house was refurbished it was done with every detail in mind to improve the guest experience. Unlike a hotel, we wanted it to be cozy and maintain its rustic personality. Each room has been tastefully decorated and has its own personality.
It is a very special house, since despite being on the town's Calle Mayor, it hides a beautiful and large garden from which you can see all the mountains that surround the valley.
In the Rural Accommodation you will feel like you are in the middle of nature, but with the comforts and charm of being in a town. You can discover remote hiking trails in the afternoon, but walk to buy bread from the village oven in the morning. Oh, and don't forget to stop by on Thursdays at 10:00AM, the cheesemonger passes by our street with delicious and traditional cheeses from the region!
