- Blues Room. Equipped with a bunk bed consisting of a double bed and a single bed on top.

- Rest area with totally comfortable Wi-Fi with chaise longue sofa bed, television and a dining table.
- American style kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, kitchen utensils, kitchenware and iron.
- Functional bathroom in the upper part of the house with two sinks and a large shower tray. Additionally, inside this room there is a washing machine and dryer.
- Bathroom on the ground floor with a sink and shower tray.
