Antón Veiras

The house is located in the village of Outeiro de Abaixo, A Coruña, and is a large rectangular house over 250 years old. It has been renovated but maintains the typical Galician rural architecture of the houses in the area.

We have 6 rooms:

• 3 double rooms
• 3 rooms with extra bed

All rooms have a classic decoration y full of details. Inside the rooms we find cozy armchairs, wooden tables, cabinets and matching shelves.

The beds can be double or the room can have 2 single beds. They are always dressed and with their pillows. The walls are made of stone, maintaining the original architecture of the house.

The floor is parquet and all enjoy heating ; so the stay is comfortable at any time of the year.

The most spacious rooms are those with extra bed. It is a bedroom suitable for families. They have enough space for all guests to feel at home. The beds are equally dressed and with pillows.

Each and every room has a XX complete private bathroom. We offer basic toiletries for greater comfort. One of the rooms is adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Inside the house we find various rooms and corners where we can sit and chat, read or enjoy a coffee. The living room has several sofa and armchairs in addition to a flat screen TV. In this area there is a colorful stone fireplace as well as iron and wood furniture that gives personality to the environment.

Some of the small rooms have views towards the large garden of the house. Guests enjoy internet access.
We have a restaurant inside the building where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served by reservation.

On the outside we find a large garden area and nature. The farm measures more than 11,000 square meters.
Guests have a free parking area and we offer information about the activities you can do in the area.

The house is in the small village of Outeiro of Abaixo just at the foot of the English Way, where the pilgrims pass way to Santiago de Compostela. From the house horse routes are made on this road and from the ports of Ferrol and A Coruña.

The location is privileged since it is located between the cities of Santiago de Compostela and A Coruña. Both with a great cultural richness. In Santiago you can visit the imposing Cathedral and the Plaza del Obradoiro. In A Coruña you can not stop visiting the beaches and coasts. There you can taste the rich local gastronomy.

At 10 kilometers there is a water park with different attractions for the whole family.

About 13 kilometers from the house is located at Villagudín Reservoir, a place where you can practice fishing for trout and salmon. The Doll of Cabaleiros is located a little further away, it is one of the most impressive and best preserved megalithic monuments.
