Nice rural house in the village of Navalguijo, located in the Regional Park of Gredos, in Ávila.

It is a independent and full rental house where you can stay until 2 people. This is because it is a one-bedroom house, but ... we are going through parts.

The house is an old house that has been totally rehabilitated and to which a second floor has been added, where the bedroom is currently located. It has maintained its exposed stone facade, which has been combined with a ready part of cement in crude tones.

And we go with the inside, because on the ground floor and as soon as we access through the wooden door, we see:

• The dining room. It is a room with part of the stone walls and part of exposed brick, where is a large sofa and is next to a wooden coffee table and everything looks towards the flat screen TV.

• The dining room is next to the living room, consisting of a board game and 4 chairs also made of wood. Here you can sit down to enjoy the food that comes out of the kitchen, to which, of course, you have access. It is also on the ground floor and comes fully equipped with appliances like glass ceramic or dishwasher, but also includes washing machine. It comes with a complete kitchen so you can cook and also with a crockery.

When climbing the stairs from the living room you arrive at the master bedroom, spacious and bright, room decorated with modern airs, which contrast with the rustic ones on the lower floor, and where there is a large double bed. Next to her is a hot tub, which gives a more romantic feel to the room. XX
Here the furniture is simple air, with straight lines and how well combine with the garnet of the walls and the ceilings with exposed wooden beams. Here there is also access to a small balcony with beautiful views.

On this floor is also the bathroom, which comes with a large glass shower.

This house is one of the 2 houses that are inside the Complex Gredos Es Mas, which has another independent house in the village of San Bartolomé de Tormes.

In Navalguijo, a town of just over 40 inhabitants and located fully in the Sierra de Gredos, you can walk along the banks of its river, where in the summer months and good weather you can enjoy refreshing baths. You can also get up to XX
If you go through the forests that surround you, you will be able to see goats o birds by the sky of the type of vultures or some other example of the golden eagle.

You can also get up to Tormellas en where you can visit your school, where there is a museum, or go to your Roman bridge -of the XVII century- or to the i village church.
