The house is built under the canons of the popular architecture ; however, inside the vanguard opens, with a careful decoration that invites to be discovered.

The house is ready to host a X, making it a perfect choice to travel with friends or family.

The interior of the house is divided into 3 heights, and consists of the following rooms:

• living room, with a large window that illuminates and enlarges the room. You will count with a double sofa bed, in addition to a television of 32 "and a firewood stove for heating in winter.

• Kitchen-dining room, accessible from the living room. You will find an elongated white "L" shaped worktop, in which all types of appliances are integrated: microwave, washing machine, dishwasher ... you will not miss anything.

• Marriage room, covered with walls and wooden floor. Next to the double bed, you will find a whirlpool bath to enjoy moments of relaxation.

• Double room, with 2 single beds facing the window, so that as soon as you wake up you can enjoy the views of the town.

• 2 Bathrooms, one in each room. In both you will find the necessary equipment for the day to day, including towels and gels.

But not everything ends here: the house shares the building where it is with 2 other houses, sharing with its guests a garden with barbecue so you can cook and eat outdoors.

In the streets of Ladines you will discover a X inviting rest and disconnection In the village there are less than 20 inhabitants, friendly people who will help you in whatever you need.

If you are lovers of trekking, you will love knowing that the town is part of Natural Network Park: a protected space that has more than 200 km of trails, divided between 42 routes marked.

One of the most beautiful itineraries is the Ruta del Alba, which runs along the river of the same name. It is declared Natural Monument, and in its skies fly species such as otters, golden eagles, and blackbirds. For this reason, it is also protected as a Special Protection Area for Birds.

If you want to take advantage of the visit to know Oviedo, you will find it at less than one hour. In its old town, you will discover imposing monuments with centuries of antiquity.
