C.A Playa de Guadamía- Superior

This rural house composes one of the 5 rural accommodations that make up the complex of Guadamía Beach, located in the north of the peninsula. Thanks to its location, it has wonderful views of the environment of this small Asturian town, which is glimpsed from its porches closed. Of 2 plants, your space is ideal to accommodate a group of 4 or 5 people.

It has a broad and luminous room-dining room equipped with a wooden table with 4 diners. In the area it has a 2 -seater sofa and 2 seats, as a whole, before a center table. It also has a TV that is found just below the stairs that climb to the first floor. 

The cuisine is a great stay with all the wooden furniture, which gives it a very rustic touch. It has all the appliances necessary, such as fridge, washing machine, microwave, hob and the entire necessary kitchen itage. It also has a square table for 4 people. 

The 2 rooms are located at the top, both double with 2 beds each. They have their own closet and huge windows that provide clarity to the rooms and give them incredible views. 

The house also consists of 2 full bathrooms and fully equipped. Both have sink and mirror and one has a shower and screen plate and the other with curtain bathtub. 

Outside this accommodation has a heated porch, so the guest can enjoy the landscape in the winter days. He shared with the rest of the houses of the complex, has a wide garden with barbecue and tables with banks. 

The whole house is provided with radiators, placed in each of the different rooms and wooden roofs with beams of the same material.

This little Asturian town, calls from Pria, is located on the north coast of the country and has incredible natural places around it, such as the beach of Guadamía or the river with the same name. 

It is surrounded by small villages with similar characteristics, such as llovio or ribadasella, a place that stands out for its entry of water to the ground in the form of 's'.

In the town where the house is located, the natural show offered by the jesters of pria can be highlighted. These are holes that are made naturally in the rock near the sea that expel water in the form of column when the waves collide strongly.
