Ca La Mei

The house is located in Vilanant, Girona, and was built in the 13th century and has just been restored. The house has a capacity of 9 people distributed in 4 rooms:

• 3 with double bed
• One with single bed and 2 bunk beds

The rooms are located on the first floor of the house. Marriage are spacious and bright thanks to the wooden windows that allow the good passage of light. The beds come fully dressed and equipped with their sheets and pillows. The decoration is classic style, the cabinets are made of wood covered with images and antique motifs. Next to each bed there are colorful bedside tables with matching lamps.

The upper floor is accessed through a colorful wooden staircase. On the ground floor is the spacious lounge; which has 2 sofas and several chairs s that guarantee the comfort of all. It is a space with vaulted ceilings and has a wood fireplace.

In this space there is also the flat screen TV and several wooden furniture. From the living room you can access the dining room, which has a glass and steel table with matching chairs. It is located in front of a large wooden wardrobe and one of the walls is made of stone. It has a large window through which light effectively enters.

The house has a large kitchen with all the appliances and utensils to feel at home, including the washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen is accessed through a wooden and glass door. It also has a table that serves as a breakfast table for 4 people.

At the entrance there is a XX where the staircase and the entrance to the kitchen are located. The house has 2 bathrooms with shower. The whole house enjoys heating and each room has independent air conditioning. The WIFI signal is free.

The outside area has a private patio with table and chairs; just like a barbecue.

The accommodation is located at Vilanant, a municipality of Girona with about 400 inhabitants during the year. The places of interest that you can visit are in the center of town:

• Torre dels Moros
• Church of Santa María de Vilanant
• Hermitage of San Salvador de Coquells

Vilanant is in the region of Alto Ampurdá n, which limits to the east with the Mediterranean Sea. You can visit the Port of Cadaqués, a typical fishing village where several bars and restaurants are located as the best of local food.

20 minutes away is the medieval village of Besalú, declared a Historic-Artistic Site in 1966. The whole town is full of historical corners and full of magic.
