All these rooms are located on the second floor, which is completed with a communal bathroom for the use of the bedrooms without private bathroom. While on the ground floor there is a recreation area with table tennis and racquetball.
And in addition, there is a outdoor area equipped with barbecue, porches and large gardens to walk and rest. As well as a private parking that occupies part of the enclosure.
