In Guipry-Messac, in the Ille et Vilaine department, you will find this welcoming house which will allow you to spend a holiday full of tranquility and rest.
The accommodation has capacity for 13 people with several options for you to choose the one that suits you best. You can enjoy the entire house or by rooms.
On the one hand, 2 common rooms: The fully equipped kitchen so you can cook your best dishes and the dining room with several tables surrounded by chairs. And on the other hand, we have 5 incredible rooms which are distributed as shown below:
The comfort is provided both by the interior of each room and by its exterior with a large heated swimming pool and the possibility of making it covered, deckchairs, a covered chill out area where you will find furniture garden with tables and chairs and a large garden with swings so that the little ones can have fun.
To make your stay more rewarding, we include breakfast.

- The Terracotta. A large living room for 2 people with a work space with chair and desk on which the television is located, and a rest area with a double bed. On the right side, a bathroom with sink and mirror, hairdryer, toilet and a large walk-in shower. This room has a balcony overlooking the garden.
- The Sunny. Can accommodate up to 3 people and with a view of the balcony of the shared swimming pool, this is a room with a double bed and a single bed. In this room there is also a desk with chair, wardrobe, cabinet with storage compartments, television, and private bathroom. In the bathroom, toilet, sink with mirror, walk-in shower and hairdryer.
- The Pepsie. The perfect room if you come as a family, as it can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a balcony with a view of the garden. Inside there is a double bed and 2 single beds. In addition, a desk/dressing table with mirror, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers on which the television is located. Opposite the main bed, the second bedroom, a private bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and mirror, toilet and hairdryer.
- The Starry. In this room with balcony we can accommodate 2 people. It has a double bed, desk, television, wardrobe and a bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, sink with mirror and toilet.
