Cal Benet

A traditional house from the beginning of the 18th century and located in the Catalan town of Naves, in the heart of the Berguedà region. Surrounded by cultivated fields, vineyards and olive trees, the house has been recently rehabilitated. In spite of this, it still preserves the traditional character that characterizes the masoverías of the Catalan countryside, because we continue dedicating ourselves to the care of the earth.

Its rooms, distributed in two heights, allow a total of 11 people.

On the ground floor we find:

• Living room with stove portatil that makes it a cozy space
• Large and fully equipped kitchen that serves as a dining room, having a large rustic table
• Bedroom with 3 single beds

The upper floor has:

• A flirty and bright living room equipped with a coffee table and chairs where you can watch TV
• 3 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds. Some with balcony and views to the outside of the house and all of them equipped with bathrooms.

The house has a large outdoor space surrounded by green areas where you will find the pool as well as a playground for the little ones to entertain themselves. I could not miss the porch and a barbecue area with the necessary furniture to enjoy lunch outdoors.

It is a perfect accommodation where you can share time with family or friends. Offers facility y parking and a inmejorables views of the region.

The situation of the house, between the regions of Solsonès, Bagues and Berguedà, allows visitors to enjoy a more rural atmosphere. In addition the landscape offers the possibility of routes of hiking and mushroom picking in season, activity very widespread in the area.

Precisely because of this passion for the mycological world, it is advisable to visit the Mushroom Art Museum, in the urban area of ​​Berguedà.

Close to Cal Benet there are natural areas and monuments that are worth visiting such as:

• The Serres de Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park, located in the Pre-Pyrenees and where you can observe closely animal and plant species that only grow in this area.
• The Church of Sant Romà, a building from the Romanesque period visited by locals and tourists who decide to go for a walk on the different paths of the region.
