Cal Macià

The rural accommodation Cal Macià is located in L'Espunyola. It was built in the 16th century and today retains its spectacular stone façade and its interior walls of the same material. But thanks to the remodeling that was carried out in 2010 the house has all the luxuries for a comfortable stay.

It is a ideal place for families who have children thanks to the multiple zones that have been thought for their fun.

The house has a gigantic garden completely green thanks to the care lawn. It is divided into the following areas:

• A swimming pool that is fenced, with floors to its surroundings for comfort and with 6 sun loungers.
• A structure for children that consists of swings, seesaws, slides ...
• A cabin with different games in another fenced area of ​​sand and with a table for children.
• A space enabled as a soccer field with two goals and using the grass that covers everything.

But in addition, at the entrance of the rural accommodation of Cal Macià you can find a porch with a picnic table quite large with a barbecue in which we keep enough firewood and before a game room where you will find table tennis, Foosball and billiards.

No less majestic is the interior area of ​​this rural house. Distributed in 3 floors for between 15/16 people with multiple common areas and 8 bedrooms.

At the entrance to the ground floor there is a small room with tables for adults and children, television, stereo and an old wood-burning oven that today only serves as a decorative element. Next to this there is 1 kitchen that among other things has washer and dryer. And also on this floor are 2 of the bedrooms with their respective private bathrooms.

The next floor houses a dining room with a gigantic table for all diners and a space with a fireplace in front of a small relax chair. Here is also another larger kitchen with bar. As well as other 2 rooms with their bathrooms, another common toilet and a terrace suitable for meals.

On the last floor are the other 4 remaining rooms, also with bathrooms, as well as a room with three sofas and a projector to a small movie screen. In addition to a terrace with seats to enjoy the views from the top.

All rural accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and heating.

The rural accommodation has been built next to a church, that of Sants Metges, which from the air seems to be the only constructions of the place. And it is that L'Enspunyola is a place that is surrounded by imposing mountains and that is mostly occupied by forest. Where oaks, oaks and pine trees reign.

It is therefore outside the urban center, in a town that even today is eminently dedicated to agriculture and livestock. The population is around 200 inhabitants.

The most urban place nearby is Berga, which is only 10 minutes away.
