this accommodation is a wonderful rural house of considerable size located in Montgai, Lleida. The Rural Casa, built in the 2nd half of the s. XVIII, it is very comfortable and is decorated with great care.

With the ability to accommodate until 18 people in this large construction of stone and wood, it has the following rooms:

• 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms complete.
• Kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is furnished with hob, washing machine, refrigerator-button, oven and dishwasher, among other appliances.
• 2 rooms of being totally accommodated one with fireplace. One of the rooms has football, pool and ping-pong table.

The exterior has nothing to envy inside since it has a discovered pool with solarium zone conditioned with hammocks; SEMICUBERTER TERRACE WITH TABLES AND CHAIRS. You can also cook in the barbecue and eat or dinner outdoors, next to the beautiful garden with grass and plants.

Montgay is a small but cozy town in the province of Lleida, belonging to the region of the Noguera. Here you can visit the Gothic Church of Santa María, from the 18th century, or walk through its perfectly preserved historical center.

The house is at a distance of 45 min by car of capital lile, the main urban nucleus of the area.
