Cal Mianet

The rural house is located in the Catalan Pyrenees, specifically in the municipality of Saldes, under an emblematic mountain, that of Pedraforca.

The accommodation was built hundreds of years ago with stone in all its exterior facade. Now it is in perfect condition and we could almost say that it is completely new due to the renovations we have made inside it.

It is structured on 2 floors and is very bright thanks to the fact that most rooms have large windows facing outwards.

It has 5 rooms, all doubles, some with double beds and others with single beds. So the rural accommodation is designed to stay 10 people.

It also has 2 bathrooms, one of them with bath and the other with shower. One of each plant is located.

The kitchen is structured in three parts, so it can house numerous appliances. Among others, induction plate, an oven, dishwasher, washing machine ... It is separated by a bar in the dining room, quite large and with a table for 10 people.

The living room is equipped with 2 sofas, each one on one side of the fireplace that presides over it. On it there is also television and DVD. Just as we can find different games for children and adults.

And is that the house is perfectly equipped for the stay of children. It has a bed with railing on the sides so they do not fall, high chairs for meals and cradle.

In addition, all rooms have a good heating system.

It has a large outdoor space in which in addition to many trees and grass, you can enjoy a barbecue under porch, a table with picnic style and a pin-pong table.

Next to it is the Porxet de Cal Mainet, a space that we have enabled for 5 people to remain completely independent. But if you need more space, you can rent them together without any problems.

The rural accommodation of Cal Mainet is isolated from urban area. So it is surrounded by an extensive field belonging to the Natural Park of Cadí Moixeró. is concretely built under one of the most characteristic mountains of the Catalan Pyrenees, that of Pedraforca, recognized by its two summits.

In Saldes you can visit, among other things:

• The Romanesque church of Sant Martí built in the eighteenth century but with images of the XIII.
• The ruins of the pre-Romanesque monastery of San Sebastián.
• The dolmen megalith of Molers found in 1920.
