Cal Puyo

This rural house, is located in Paüls, in the region of Bajo Ebro, next to Natural Park dels Ports. Renovated in 2008 but maintaining the old walls, a house of 2 plants with charm is built.

An accommodation of 3 rooms, dos of them simple and a suite. It has 3 bathrooms and a small toilet on the ground floor.

The house is completed with an open living room and large terrace with barbecue on the roof.

The rooms on the upper floor are decorated with rustic furniture. There is a double bedroom with double bed, and another single with the possibility of adding an extra bed. The main room ("suite") of the house has a private bathroom, and like all bedrooms, with television and air conditioning.

On the ground floor, an open space forms the center of the house. A comfortable lounge with sofas and large windows that flood the room with light. In the same room, the modern furniture dining room connects with the kitchen through a work arch. A large TV 32 " presides the room, so that you can see from the dining table or from the sofas.

The kitchen, fully equipped, is also acclimated in a classic way. The walls are still made of stone, which endows it with an air of ancient cuisine. On the other hand, all appliances make this kitchen a modern and useful space.

Other attractions of the house are the terrace and the barbecue. As it is an open space, it allows the elaboration of different meals at free. As an added attraction, we offer our tenants natural products as well as olive oil harvested by ourselves.

The environment in which it is located around the house is a natural environment muy rich. Located to the north of the region of Bajo Ebro, the rural house is in one of the most striking towns of the province of Tarragona, Paüls.

The town of Paüls is located in a privileged place, as it is surrounded by the mountains of the Macizo del Ports and the Natural Park of the same name. This park is of great extension and wealth, and reaches the province of Aragón.

It calls the attention of this municipality that to be located in the head of Barranco de las Fuentes, its structure is very curious. The houses are built stepwise on the edge of the hill of the ravine. At the end of this, is the castle of the town. The Gothic castle is a good example of the architecture and Catalan art of centuries ago.

Thus, in addition to the abrupt nature surrounding the town, we can enjoy a municipality structured in a different way, with all the necessary services. Due to its height and position, the views are spectacular, both of the mountains and the diversity of crops that surround the houses.
