The rural house is located in the Barcelona villa of Sant Martí Sarroca. It is a country house of the year 1881, renovated and restored, and whose decoration is several objects that will make us look back to the past.

The house is ideal to accommodate inside a maximum of 13 people, including the possibility of an extra bed and a baby crib, although this last one is without sheets.

The rural accommodation is divided into 3 floors. On the ground floor there is only the entrance hall.

On the first floor is the kitchen, modern and renovated with all appliances and household items such as crockery and coffee maker included, the dining room, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

And on the top floor is the entire attic roof, with wooden beams seen and in it we have 3 more bedrooms, a small toilet and a living room where there is a television and a collection of games.

The distribution of the rooms is as follows:

• A room double with double bed, chest of drawers and mirror. It is the so-called green room.
• A triple room with 2 single beds pushed together and cradle on one side, and a single bed on the other side of the room. Although it is the same room they are separated by a wall. It's the beige room.
• A room with double bed. It is the yellow room.
• A double room with 2 single beds pushed together, white forging headboard and an armchair. It's the blue bedroom.
• A room with double bed and cot, wardrobe and armchair. It's the pink room.
• A double room with separate single beds and wardrobe. It's the orange room.

In the outdoor area we have a large pool, open in the summer months and illuminated during the night baths, surrounded by lawn and sun loungers to relax. There is also a covered space in the manner of porch where is the barbecue, with firewood included, and a large table that welcomes 20 diners.

For the entertainment of all the guests in the garden there is a leisure area with table ping-pong and table football to make the stay more fun.

Likewise, there is an area of ​​ parking private inside the garden that can accommodate up to 20 cars, being able to park 3 of them in a covered space.

Sant Martí Sarroca is a town that makes up the Alto Penedés region. You will be able to delight yourself with nature and tranquility by visiting the XX Foix River that flows through the town.
There are also several architectural monuments that are almost mandatory stop within this municipality as is the hill of the Rock where Castle and the Church.

In addition, we are in a very wine-growing area and if you are a wine lover you can not miss the opportunity to visit the Wine Museum in Vilafranca del Penedés, just over 12 minutes by car from the rural accommodation.
