Cal Vidal

This old family house of 3 floors with almost 3 centuries old is today a rural accommodation located in the heart of Mura, a town in the province of Barcelona.

With capacity for 12-15 people in a total of 5 rooms, has been completely renovated in 2010 maintaining the original structure of stone and wood and has been adapted to the needs of modern life. It has a lot of charm, since it has been decorated with classic furniture and retains its essence and warmth.

On the ground floor you will find: the hall, the main kitchen with all kinds of appliances and a small television; the living-dining room equipped with a plasma television, a powerful music system and a table for 15 people; a bathroom with shower next to the laundry room; and a quadruple room with a double bed and 2 singles in the mezzanine.

On the first floor there are 4 rooms:

• El Montcau: with double bed, own bathroom, fireplace, TV and balcony.
• El Cargol: with 2 single beds, 2 built-in wardrobes and own bathroom.
• La Blanquera: with double bed and fireplace.
• The Foradot: with double bed and window on the roof.

The second floor of Cal Vidal is divided into 2 large spaces: on the one hand, there is a cozy leisure and relaxation area called "La Mascarosa", with sloping ceilings and semicircular windows, which includes sofas, foosball, television , large dining table and refrigerator, next to an ironing room with washing machine and dryer, and, on the other hand, a beautiful stone terrace with barbecue and spectacular views of the countryside and the village.

This beautiful stone village, with less than 250 inhabitants, is located in the region of Bages,, specifically in the heart of Catalonia, within Natural Park of Sant Llorenç del Munc i l'Obac.

Here it is worth visiting its church, the Hermitage, the caves of the town and the throat of the father, among other places.

The city of Manresa, capital of this region, is 30 minutes drive from the house. Here you will find everything you need and you can do cultural tourism and make some of the routes that exist according to the ariquitectonic style of the Gothic, Baroque and Modernist monuments.
