Camino de Gredos

Enchanting rural house to which you can come to spend a few days with your family. It is a housing of rent full and with capacity to accommodate up to 10 people.

You will find it in the village of La Adrada, in Ávila, and it is inside a block of housing -all of the same image- although it is not a complex. In addition, it is surrounded by a wonderful natural environment and all within the Sierra de Gredos itself.

It is a duplex house of new construction, and whose interior has been decorated with a certain rustic touch but to the current one, as all the elements and comforts that the guests may need have been included. In fact, this so cozy touch is appreciated in the roof beams, which are aged pine beams.

As for its features and distribution, you will find that on the ground floor you will find a private garage, so that you can store any of the cars with total comfort and, of course, tranquility -although the area is very safe- .

In the part of activity we see on the one hand the room, which is a room painted in raw and with a lot of natural light. Here there are a couple of sofas in red tones and several wooden furniture, such as the bookcase, coffee table or chest of drawers in which is the TV.

It also has an area of ​​ dining room, composed of a large dark wood table and matching the dresser and the large mirror that accompanies it.

Another dining room is found in the kitchen, in which there are also all kinds of utensils and appliances for the use of tenants. Among them there are oven, dishwasher o washing machine. From here you can go to the garden of the house, but we talk about it a little later because we keep counting what is inside the house, as it also has an office and a toilet en this plant.

The bedrooms are already on the upper floor. It is a total of 4 rooms, of which 2 are marriage and the others have triple capacity. One of the double bedrooms has a dressing room as well as a built-in bathroom.

To the rest of bathrooms, another 2 more, is accessed through the hall of this floor from which you can also go to the terrace in which you see the whole town and the Sierra.

And now yes, the garden. From 365 square meters, it has a porch area equipped with several outdoor furniture, as well as a barbecue.

In La Adrada, a town of about 2,000 inhabitants, you can walk through the center of the town and know all its corners full of charm. Among them is the Plaza de Villa, where is the building that is X
There is also the hermitage, which was built on ruins and where the patron is: the Virgen de Yedra. She is honored by the festivities of the second Sunday in September.

It is very characteristic Castle, which is on top of the hill and has been rebuilt on the ruins of what was the fortress of Henry III among others. It was reopened in 2004 and there is the Historical Interpretation Center of the town.

Nearby are also the towns of Casillas, Piedralves, Pedro Bernardo or Arenas de San Pedro.
