Located in the town of Pollensa on the island of Mallorca, this rural house with pool is the perfect space to relax on vacation. You can prepare a delicious barbecue on your plot or enjoy the bright interior space. Ideal to share with family or friends.

This accommodation is for 6 people maximum. It has a single floor and a space of 140 m2 that is divided into:

• 3 Bedrooms: one of them with 1 double bed and the other two, with 2 single beds each one.

In the rooms you will find wide windows and built-in wooden wardrobes, to store your belongings. Against wrinkles, we provide a iron. You also have comfortable and air conditioning or heating in all of them.

• 2 Bathrooms: with shower or bathtub. Styled in rustic white, essentials and even a small hand mirror for details. We provide you with towels and you also have a hair dryer.

In them you can find a bidet and one of the mirrors has its own lighting.

• 1 Kitchen: with the utensils arranged on the counter, where you will see that we include a coffee maker and items such as the juicer or the blender, ideal for breakfast.

We also have a oven and complete crockery at your disposal, so you don't miss anything.

This space is connected to the living room by an elongated dining room that you can share with your companions. In addition, one of its side walls has a huge window with views to the outside. From here, you also have access to the porch.

• 1 Living room: with a pair of sofas and a flat screen television. You have access to the rooms through an arched door and in the same way, you can access the outside from this space.

The house is located on a 700 m2 plot that is also divided into some outdoor spaces:

• 1 Side porch with access to the interior from the living room and with a terrace that contains a furnished dining room for you to enjoy al fresco.

• Large garden with areas of vegetation and lawn. The outdoor pool is located in it.

• Pool area with a electric barbecue that includes volcanic charcoal, so you can prepare delicious meals with your companions.

Around the pool there is an outdoor dining room and several hammocks where you can lie down and sunbathe. Best of all, the pool also has an outdoor shower .

This house has fire extinguishers and a first aid kit for your safety.

Located in a mountainous area, in the natural environment of the Sierra de Tramontana and within reach of the Mediterranean Sea that surrounds the island of Mallorca. This is the largest of all the Balearic archipelago.

Although this house is located in a quiet space with few neighbors around, it is always a good idea to get closer to the heart of the town of Pollensa. A place of cultural interest thanks to its historical route.

One of the tourist attractions in the area is undoubtedly climbing the steps of the Iglesia El Calvario. From above, you will have incredible views of this island town.

The environment is also home to beaches with transparent waters where you can dive and practice activities such as the snorkel:

• Cala de Sant Vicenç, sandy and with easy access for tourists.

• Playa de Formentor, with wild vegetation around and one of the most beautiful and extensive in the area.
