This rural house with pool is located in Pollensa, on the island of Mallorca. Its location, away from the hustle and bustle, makes it the ideal space to enjoy a quiet vacation together friends and family.

With a maximum capacity of 6 people, its 140 m2 are divided into:

• 3 Bedrooms: one with 1 double bed and the other two with 2 single beds. You can access them through a long corridor.

All rooms have rectangular windows that provide them with good natural lighting. Next to the mattresses they have night tables for your comfort and plugs near.

They have both air conditioning and heating and coat racks to hang clothes. In the same way, for your belongings you will have a built-in wooden wardrobe. Against wrinkles, we include an iron .

Among the furniture that you will find in the bedrooms, the dressers with mirrors in various shapes stand out.

• 2 Bathrooms: very complete, with shower and bathtub. They have tiled floors and a white style.

Around the marble sinks, incense and a hair dryer at your disposal. In addition, we provide essential and towels, so they don't take up space in your suitcase.

On the other hand, the mirrors cover a large part of the wall and the bathrooms have a first aid kit for your safety.

• 1 Kitchen: with a long worktop that ends next to a window that overlooks the outside. It has a rustic design with wooden furniture, although modern.

The house is located on a 700 m2 plot with outdoor spaces that are divided into:

• Large garden with green spaces that surround the pool. This area includes sunbeds to lie in the sun and parasols otherwise. Best of all, it has a barbecue so you can enjoy with your companions at any time.

• Porch next to the entrance that leads to the living room, with a outdoor dining room that overlooks the pool. It is perfect to enjoy al fresco.
