Can Gat Ibiza

Our rural house is on the outskirts of San Carlos de Peralta, on the island of Ibiza.

It is a traditional building, built in the XIX century. It was reformed in the year 2000, but retaining the original style. It keeps the typical whitewashed facade, with a porch with wooden columns and a balcony with balustrade of the same material. In addition, the exterior walls are made of stone, forming the aesthetics of Ibiza itself.

The house has 3 bedrooms, so they can host 8 people. All rooms are double, in the master bedroom there is a double bed and in the other 2, single beds. In them, white and light predominate, but each one has different furniture: in one there is more forge, in another more wood ... In addition, one of the rooms leads directly to a spacious balcony, with terrace roofed.

There are 2 bathrooms, spacious and with a special feature: a hot tub, an ideal element to relax and truly enjoy our home. In addition, there is also a shower, apart from the bathtub, and are equipped with double washbasins.

The living room is very cozy, since there is a fireplace president the room. It also has satellite television and several sofas. There are wooden shelves built into the wall, mixing with the stone and the whitewashing of the walls. In addition, it has a dining room included.

The kitchen has all the services, like an oven, and also with table and chairs to take the food.

The outside offers the user a lot of options to enjoy the nature of the farm and the environment:

• Pool, a large glass located on a floor with stone slabs.
• Hammocks and Balinese bed around the pool, in addition to parasols.
• Paddle track, perfectly equipped and with a ping-pong table next.
• Barbacoa de construction, located under a porch and with dining area next. In addition, there is a countertop with a stack, to make the kitchen more comfortable.
• Wooden gazebo, a charming place with magic.
• Parking area for guests.
• Extensive farm with plantation fruit trees.

Our rural house is located on the outskirts of the town of San Carlos de Peralta. It is a pretty small town, so is very quiet. You can come to see his church, which dates from XVIII century. However, the most characteristic are the paradisiacal Ibiza coves as Cala Llenya.

A very peculiar aspect of our area are the hippie style markets: Las Dalias (400 meters from the house) and Punta Arabí. This is his true personality, which comes from the 60s and still leaves its mark on the town and on the whole island.

You can also go to Ibiza capital, which is 22 kilometers. Here you can enjoy its atmosphere, both day and night. We are also close to Santa Eulalia (8 kilometers), coastal municipality.
