Can Lluquinet Ibiza

Traditional style house Ibicenca located in Sant Joan De Labritja, very close to Cala Xarraca.

The house has capacity for 4 people y has 2 double rooms.

• The first has 2 beds individual 90 cm each. It has air conditioned and has, wooden headboard, double wardrobe, a chair, nightstand and a window with views to the mount.

• The second has 2 beds 90 cm, like the other room, it also has air conditioning, double wardrobe, bedside table and a chair. It has wrought iron headboards and a large window with views.

The bathroom is shared, it is a space completo with shower, includes towels. Also available 1 toilet small.

In the center of the house, we found a room. It keeps the classic appearance of an Ibizan house, with wooden beams and white walls, which is accompanied by furniture of the same style. We found 2 spacious sofas, a coffee table and a TV cabinet with the television. On the roof we see a great fan that is responsible for refreshing the space.

The kitchen is open to the living room and has all the necessary appliances to feel at home. A large stainless steel hood presides over the space, and has a table where you can eat.

Outside there is a private pool that is shared with the owners, as they live in the adjoining house. Has solarium where there are armchairs, hammocks and umbrellas.

In addition there is a beautiful porch where to have breakfast or have something to drink throughout the day, and have a barbecue where to prepare exquisite dinners and where we can enjoy a preparation of Ibizan cuisine at the hands of the owners after consulting.

The house includes cleaning service of rooms and common areas, towels and sheets, baby crib rental and the ability to take your pet as long as the owner agrees.

Located at North on the island of Ibiza, known as Amunts, is the abrupt area where we can visit many cliffs and mountains.

Close to where we are is the beach of Benirràs, famous for its tamboriladas domingueras and for its incredible sunsets, and which we arrived through beautiful hills and valleys. We also have the Cala Portinatx, a beautiful cove of golden colored sands and crystalline waters in turquoise tones.

We can visit the towns of San Miguel with its white Church or Santa Gertrudis de Fruitera which is geographically the center point of the Island of Ibiza and where you can get to know a different and deeper island.
