Can Perot

This old Catalan farmhouse is the ideal place for disconnect on your getaway to the Girona town of Romanyà de la Selva, in addition to offering you the possibility of knowing the beautiful environment that surrounds it.

In it you can be accompanied by both your family and your friends, up to a maximum of eight people, and even with your pet, since animals are welcome.

Both its exterior and interior maintain their old essence, highlighting the vaulted ceilings and others with original wooden beams, in some of the rooms, which are distributed between two different floors:

• Ground Floor

This floor distributes several rooms, including the large main room, which has a rustic atmosphere where the huge wood-burning fireplace is the protagonist along with a spacious sofa.

Also includes a dining table and a nice antique piano, plus flat screen TV.
Another space is a living room, somewhat smaller, but cozy that has a sofa and several armchairs, with an original wood fireplace with rounded shapes.

The kitchen includes two connecting rooms: one in which we find the storage furniture and all the equipment with its office area, and the other the laundry space 2, where we have the washing machine.
This floor houses one of the bathrooms in the house, to offer greater comfort to guests.

• First floor

Here the five rooms of the accommodation are distributed. Two double rooms with double beds, on the one hand, including a bathroom integrated into one of them, two bedrooms with a pair of beds, on the other hand, and lastly, the last room with a single bed.

It also has another bathroom plus, which is shared between all the rooms.

• Outside the house

As for this area, you will discover a extensive garden with green and wooded areas that provide a pleasant shade in summer, which has all kinds of furniture, including a barbecue.

Our town, Romanyà de la Selva, is located in the Girona region of Bajo Ampurdán.

Within its urban core it houses a beautiful architectural jewel that is worth visiting, such as its pre-Romanesque church dating from the 10th century, with a beautiful façade built in stone.

Although, if we go further back in history, in the surroundings we can see both the Dolmen of the Cova d'en Daina or the Menhir de la Murtra, both from the prehistoric period.
