It is a Catalan Masía located in the vicinity of the Gironés municipality of becauseres, inside the Plan de L'Estan region. It was built in the seventeenth century and hundreds of years later we decided to restore it carefully keeping its initial structure.

Surrounded by Mediterranean forest, the distribution of its spaces was thought of respecting the environment as much as possible. All of them favor a warm and comfortable environment both inside and outside, which has been possible thanks to the incorporation of the best equipment.

If something characterizes the facade are its thick stone walls and with large windows from where an extensive garden is seen.

We wanted to create a space adapted to public of all ages, which is shared use for guests of the 4 homes, that is why we decided to incorporate a pool with tobogán that will delight the little ones as well as an area of ​​ swings. Meanwhile, the elderly can sunbathe in the sun lunch or prepare lunch in the area enabled for barbecue. By having so much exterior space, the farmhouse also has stone tables distributed over the grass where reading and views will result from the most pleasant.

There are many leisure alternatives that we offer in our 4 -homes complex, because in addition to the external recreation spaces common, the house has a shared room equipped with ping pong table, billiards, football and even an area specially created and equipped for the entertainment of the little ones.

Common areas are distributed in the same elongated space in which there is a place for the kitchen, a large dining table located in the center and the living area. Roofs with wooden beams and large capacity sofas make it a cozy corner in which the chimney lobby
Modernity and tradition merge into the 2 bathrooms, fully equipped spaces, where the shower screen of one of them was built with wavy glass blocks. With a capacity for 10 people the house has 2 quadruple bedrooms and a third with a marriage bed. Enjoying long and peaceful walks around is possible since the house is surrounded by natural spaces to be lost. A few meters away is the Romanesque Church of St. Quirze and next to it one of the most recognized sources of the region with drinking and very good quality water, that of the Merlant. The best views of the area are contemplated from the Mirador del Valle de Sant Miquel.

If you plan to visit the town of Banyoles do not miss your lake, one of the greatest in Catalonia. An ideal charming place to sunbathe on the shore, take a boat walk or contemplate the sunset. 

Traveling in time is possible in Besalú, a medieval city whose Roman Bridge and Jewish neighborhood are worth visiting.

A little further away is Girona. From the capital highlight its Arab Bathrooms as well as its stamp of the colored houses that border the Oñar River and which they remember for its resemblance to the Italian city of Venice.
