The house with 2 floors, which has been renovated in 2013, is located at Navata, a municpio of Gerona.

The house has 6 bedrooms, 2 double, one double with single beds, one triple and one single. All of them equipped with all types of bedding: sheets, towels and blankets. The bedrooms are carpeted with wardrobes, mirrors, bedside tables and gallants at night.

It has a large living room with a table for 8 people and large windows from which we can see the Pyrenees. The living room is equipped with flat screen TV and DVD.

The room used as a kitchen is equipped with appliances such as an oven, microwave, ceramic hob and electrical appliances such as a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. This room also has fireplace.

The house has 2 bathrooms, one full on the top floor with a bathtub and the other on the lower floor with a shower.

It has a large garden with grass, flowers and trees. For the little ones there is a sandbox and a playground area. Also on the outside there is a barbecue, garden furniture, sunbeds for sunbathing with a modern mechanism that removes the sun from the eyes, and parking.

Next to the house you will find a garden for consumption, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, garlic, peppers are planted ...

The whole house has central heating.

Navata was a walled city that currently preserves certain pieces of the fortification.
