This house with pool is located on the island of Mallorca, ideal if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. Within the natural charm of the Balearic archipelago, its facilities guarantee maximum comfort, as they even have a gym area .

It has a maximum capacity for 6 people and its 200 m2 are divided into:

• 3 Bedrooms: two of them contain 1 double bed each, and the other is equipped with 2 single beds. In all of them we guarantee clean sheets .

These are family rooms, with good lighting and original tiled floor. Next to the mattresses you will have night tables and artificial lighting, in addition to having plugs nearby.

Some have stools or chests of drawers that have an upper mirror as a dressing table. For clothes, all have built-in wooden wardrobes.

We remind guests that these are smoke-free spaces.

• 2 Bathrooms: very complete, with bathtub or shower. One of them is located in the outdoor next to the pool, for greater comfort.

The sinks are marble and include essential items, as well as a hair dryer should you need it. We provide you with towel sets so you don't have to worry.

• 1 Kitchen: rustic and colorful, which has a furnished dining room with chairs and a bench.

On the counter you will find items such as the coffee maker or the electric kettle. For breakfast we also have toaster and you will have a complete set of crockery at your complete disposal.

It has good natural lighting thanks to its window, ideal for cooking on the stove. Focused on your comfort, it has key appliances such as the dishwasher and we also have a modern oven.

• 1 Living room: separated by a Majorcan arch from the interior dining area. It has 2 soft sofas around a central table and in front of it a fireplace where you can gather with your companions.

In addition, this living area has a television, making it an ideal resting space.

• A gym area: inside, with machines focused on your well-being and perfect for not losing your routine.

• 1 Terrace: where you will find an outdoor dining room and a barbecue to share on summer afternoons. Through the stairs you will have access to the garden area.

• Garden with outdoor pool: a fully equipped green and tiled space for you to enjoy the island's climate on your vacation. Contains sun loungers and parasols to make your stay even more pleasant.

Located in the natural environment of Mount Tomir Mountain, a mountainous formation that belongs to the Sierra de Tramontana on the island of Mallorca. A beautiful green landscape that contrasts with the sea of ​​the Balearic archipelago.
