This beautiful rural property is located in the Mallorcan countryside, at outskirts of Felanitx, a southeast municipality of the island of Mallorca.

For those who come from abroad or from the Peninsula, the airport in Mallorca is located just over half an hour. From there, you can ask for a taxi or rent a car.

Surrounded by fields of vines, it is a newly built house that retains all the charm of the traditional architecture of the area.

Its interior divides in 2 floors, where they can comfortably stay up to 8 guests. Let's start knowing the ground floor:

• Receiver. As soon as you enter the house you will find an imposing space featuring a beautiful white arch that gives access to the stairs, in a classic style.

• Master bedroom From the hall you will access the bedroom on the ground floor, which is divided into 2 spaces separated by beautiful orange curtains: the area of ​​the bedroom, with 2 single beds tras which is a peculiar picture that fills the room with color ; and an area where the comfortable and cabinets. It also has own bathroom and access to the terrace. In addition, is adapted for people with reduced mobility.

• 2 Living rooms. Covered by wooden ceilings and with some walls that show the stone of the walls, in these spaces you will find leather sofas, television with DVD, and auxiliary tables in wood colors. decorative details are not lacking in any of them, such as fruit boxes or vases with flowers.

• Dining room Under a beautiful lamp that hangs from the wooden beams, we find a dining table that matches the chairs, covered by white cushions.

• Kitchen. The kitchen continues the decorative style of the rest of the rooms, with furniture in dark wood colors that create a warm and homelike atmosphere. In it, there are basic appliances and cupboards with large capacity.

• Toilet. Where you will find a W.C and a sink with mirror. There are no toiletries or towels.

Going up to first floor, we find:

• 3 double bedrooms. The bedrooms have 2 single beds, bathroom en suite, and television. Thanks to the large windows of its interior, are light loads stays.

• Terrace with solarium. Complete the interior of the house an outdoor terrace where you will enjoy beautiful views of the vineyards.

If the interiors of the house are simply impressive, the exteriors are even more so. In them there are 2 zones:

• A terrace semi-covered where there is barbecue and garden tables and chairs.

• A large size pool, with loungers to read a book or take a nap.

If you are looking for an accommodation where you wake up with the sweet singing of the birds and the whisper of the wind, this is your ideal destination, because you will be surrounded only by nature.

However, in a few minutes you will reach the center of town. In Felanich, we recommend you to go up to the Sanctuary of San Salvador, located in the mountain of the same name.

Also located in a high area is e l Castillo de Santueri, a building built arable remains of the fourteenth century. From its more than 400 meters of altitude, you will enjoy an incredible panorama.

If you want to enjoy daytime and nightlife, you will find the Portocolom Port just minutes away. In it, you can taste the most characteristic gastronomy of the island.

To go to the beach, among those that are closer is the beach of El Arenal, bathed by crystalline waters of the Mediterranean.
