In the Andalusian municipality of Priego de Córdoba, surrounded by mountains and just 100 meters from the Genilla River, we find this wonderful villa of , recently built. On a plot of more than 3500 square meters and not far from the municipalities of Priego and Carcabuey, offers a paradisiacal retreat away from the bust and wrapped in splendid views of waterfalls and natural pools.

The three bedrooms that form the core of home rest have ceiling fan and air conditioning, creating small redoubts of personalized comfort within the home itself. The master bedroom, with its double bed, also has bathroom, fully equipped with shower and window to the outside. The two remaining rooms have two beds each, and large wooden cabinets. beds are not missing blankets, sheets and comforters. The decoration of the bedrooms is shallow and elegant, in which the wood and the white and brown tones dominate.

The central room, of more than 50 square meters, the share the dining room and kitchen, which combines the concepts of open American style and traditional brick and ceramic kitchen; in it we found all the necessary kitchenware that we could find in our own house: ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer. The dining room area is presided over by the brick and stone fireplace,, an unparalleled addition to the kitchen utensils, and the rest of the furniture is configured around it: the two armchairs that flank it, the dining table with chairs , the dark wood cupboard, the sofa under the window, the television... All in a family atmosphere of warm colors that envelop the guest and makes him feel at home.

The master bathroom, like that of the master bedroom, has a shower and window to the outside; both have towels ready for immediate use after ablution.

In outdoor garden, large, the gaze is directed first to the huge pool, then stop at the pergola under which is a table with its two lawn chairs, and barbecue, for those meals that require a more natural preparation. The views of the mountains and the descents of their skirts are a perfect finishing touch for this dream garden, where family gatherings will have their ideal setting.

This retreat, prepared for long-term stays, is not yet so far from other urban centers. Priego and Carcabuey are just 5 kilometers away, and the asphalted lane allows you to travel by car to these or other locations. However, the guest can feel satisfied of the immediate surroundings that surround him, with the waterfalls of the natural place and the Arab tower that is contemplated from the house.

The rest that allows the distance of this villa with the rest of the urban centers does not deprive it of possible multiple activities to be done during the stay, apart from the contemplation of the landscapes and the enjoyment of the unique mountain environment.

In the immediate vicinity of the house there are numerous trails that travel to foot or bike through the site, and canyoning down the Genilla River.

The nearby mountain ranges have this qualification to the birds that inhabit them, easy to contemplate after a brief drive to them.

The cultural tourism is also available to the guests through the towns of Priego and Carcabuey, as well as from the farthest Rute, Cabra, Lucena, Alcalá la Real and Alcaudete, both for their monuments and for their festivities, especially the Holy Week and Sundays of May.

Priego, as a bulwark of the Cordovan Baroque, houses a large number of monuments of the Golden Age, such as the Fountain of the King and the Church of Our Lady of Sorrows, although there are also artistic and architectural testimonies of Gothic excellence.
