This rural house is located in a small Cadiz town and, despite its extensive remodeling, it retains its characteristic features of a traditional Andalusian house. Behind its lacquered walls, guests can enjoy charming accommodation, ideal for a group of between 4 and 7 people.
After a long corridor, the house has a cozy and bright living room style , which has a sofa and armchairs, a television and a small fireplace XXcast iron corner of the room that provides warmth during the coldest days.
It connects the kitchen to this living room thanks to a large breakfast bar located above the sofa. This consists of all appliances necessary for the comfort of guests and a small wooden table with capacity for 4 people.
The accommodation has 2 bathrooms, one complete with a shower and an original sink, embedded in the wall, and another bathroom in the form of a toilet, in which there is a small sink, toilet and mirror.
The house is distributed in 2 double rooms, one of them with a double bed and another with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have their corresponding bedding, furniture to store clothes and windows with magnificent views of the rural environment. It is possible to incorporate extra beds, so the number of guests would increase.
Outside there is a large terrace, ideal for enjoying an evening outdoors and contemplating the wonderful landscapes that surround the area.
You can enjoy a beautiful patio with a wide variety of plants and trees in which we can find a garden table with capacity for 6 people, a barbecue and different rustic decorations.
Shared with the other house in the complex, it has a private pool,, ideal to enjoy during summer days. Children will also be able to enjoy a playground.
