Casa Almiar

The rural house is located in the municipality of Nogales de Pisuerga. It is located in a privileged enclave between the mountains of Palencia and the famous Canal de Castilla.

This rural accommodation has capacity for 10 people.

At the entrance we find a large patio with garden furniture for the enjoyment of our visitors, where you can enjoy the tranquility and climate of the place. The facade preserves characteristics of yesteryear as its cobbled walls or the wooden cladding of the windows.

It has a cozy living room with furnished with comfortable sofas around a wood burning fireplace. The room has a brown stone floor with a mosaic in the center. On the roof the beams are wooden view acorde with the window covering. The sofas are placed in front of the fireplace and the television, and in its center there is a coffee table.

It has a fully equipped American style kitchen. It is decorated with a contrast of old brick with wooden furniture. Oven, ceramic hob or microwave are some of the electrical appliances that complete the stay, in addition to housing a cupboard .

In the rural house there is a total of 5 double rooms. All of them are decorated with wooden beams and with a personal touch thanks to the polychromy of its walls to distinguish blue, orange, green, yellow and pastel. 4 of the bedrooms are doubles with 2 single beds, each one, while the remaining one has a double bed.

It has 4 full bathrooms -one of them in a room- decorated with ceramic mosaic. Most of them have shower tray with screen.

The jewel in the crown is our multi-purpose room. In it there is a pool table, a table football, a bullseye and several tables and chairs if in addition to playing you want to drink something.

Nogales de Pisuerga is a municipality where you can find the waters of the River Pisuerga or make a visit to the old Channel, once used to accelerate the trips of the wheat merchandise.

Between its monuments they emphasize the Church of Romanesque style, that lodges of its interior the calvary of century XIII.

A little further apart, in Alar del Rey, you can visit the Church neo-Romanesque style built in 1898.

In just 20 minutes you can move to Aguilar de Campoo. It is a municipality crossed by the river Pisuerga and steep mountains. It also has a wealth of heritage between hermitages, collegiate churches, monasteries, castles and cloisters.
