This rural house is located in Sunbilla, a Navarrese town of 650 inhabitants that is the ideal place for a break in the countryside. The house is located at the top of a small hill, which gives it wonderful views of the town and the valley in which it is located.

The house can accommodate 4 people and one child in an extra bed or crib.

There is a total of 2 double rooms, one with 2 single beds with access to the terrace and the other with a double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed for a child and, if desired, a cot to be able to travel with the child. baby. The double room has views of the valley from its large window and access to a terrace.

In addition to the rooms, the house also has:

• A bathroom with shower tray, washing machine to be able to travel with less luggage and hair dryer. X

• Another bathroom with whirlpool tub next to the double bed

• A living room with an elegant stone fireplace that provides a pleasant relaxing atmosphere so that guests can sit quietly with a book from the library or a movie on the television.

• A dining room where you can enjoy meals with views of the valley from its windows and play the board games included in the house.

• A kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. It is built with an island, with stools next to it, and with several black cabinets.

The 3 spaces are located in the same open-plan room, and from there you can access the terrace.

• A balcony, which surrounds the house and from which you can enjoy the best views of the valley.

• A garden with sun loungers for sunbathing and a picnic table to enjoy breakfast outdoors contemplating the valley.

• A porch where you can read, rest or have a coffee observing the nature that surrounds the town.

• parking area next to the entrance of the house so you can go by car with the peace of mind of having somewhere to leave it.

The house also has Wi-Fi connection for those of you who cannot live without having contact with social networks and underfloor radiant heating to keep the house at a pleasant temperature even on rainy days. We also have local products for sale such as  wine, cider, honey... and a private barbecue and plasma television. Note: Animals on request.

Sumbilla is a municipality of 650 inhabitants located in the Foral Community of Navarra. This palace is made up of 2 floors built in stone and another 2 built in wood and is a representation of the medieval fortifications that were built in the area.
