In Sotoserrano are our 2 accommodations. Perfect for a few days of family vacation in an idyllic area surrounded by forests and valleys that will allow you to discover magical corners of Salamanca.

When you enter our property you find a brick façade that welcomes you to an entire enclosure with a garden and open air areas that give the house a unique space. In Arroal 1 you will also have all the comforts you need on this visit with your family.

The living room is completely linked to the kitchen and dining room, thus creating a large open-plan room. Some sofas in front of the television and very close to the fireplace make up this space that will serve you to read, rest or chat animatedly. Just behind us we have the rectangular and wooden dining table to match the rest of the furniture in the kitchen, in addition to the appliances to cook your favorite dishes during this period.

There are a total of 3 bedrooms. One of them is a double bed and also has a crib if necessary, the other 2 remaining have single beds and it should be noted that one of them has a sofa bed. All the bedrooms are very bright, they have sets of sheets and blankets and also wardrobes and bedside tables that are very useful for stays of several days.

In the rooms there is also heating and air conditioning independent of the rest of the house, this will make it much easier for you to decorate the place where you are going to sleep to your liking. Each one also has their own bathroom consisting of a large shower, toilet and sink. Without a doubt, your privacy is guaranteed.

Outside the house, as we have already mentioned, there is a garden with a solarium, there is garden furniture where you can eat and enjoy the beautiful views.

Note that the house is adapted to people with reduced mobility because we want everyone to enjoy our accommodation.

Sotoserrano belongs to the province of Salamanca, specifically to the region of Sierra de Francia. If you are looking to discover wonderful landscapes, you are in the right place. Through Sotoserrano you will see the Alagón River passing by, providing the entire area with intense vegetation. Its characteristic church is located in the center of the village.

A nearby town is Miranda de Castañar, which among the many monuments it has, it is worth highlighting the Castillo de los Zuñiga, which is very well preserved despite being from the 15th century. All the houses in the town appear very close to each other along the narrow streets, this technique is very common in the towns in the area.

Approaching Salamanca can be a very good idea. Once there you have to walk through its characteristic main square where its Town Hall is located. The square is Gothic in style, and all the balconies on the façade stand out. In Salamanca we also have the old cathedral and the new, they mix the baroque, Renaissance and baroque styles. The Tormes River is responsible for surrounding this beautiful location.
