Our accommodation is located in Biar, a beautiful Villa in the province of Alicante, just 35/40 minutes from its beaches.

We offer you the best vacations, in a quiet space, without disturbing noise, within the urban area, close to the center and all services, where you can relax and disconnect with your family or group of friends. The chalet is independent with 400 square meters, it has the capacity to house 12 to 14 people, in it you will forget about the hustle and bustle of other cities, resting and spending some unforgettable days. The house is divided into two floors in which we find:

• Ground floor

A spacious and open-plan living-dining room through which you access the garden, with an integrated kitchen, several comfortable sofas, a large wooden table, large television with Home Cinema and fireplace.

The kitchen, fully equipped with all electrical appliances and necessary services, is open, with rustic-style furniture, as well as having a large dining table and a pantry.

It has a quadruple bedroom, with a double bed, a double sofa bed, various closets and a desk. There is a full bath with shower.

• First Floor

​ You find several rooms. On the one hand, the lounge, being a comfortable space where you can entertain yourself with your favorite movie on the television, while you rest on its comfortable sofas, enjoying the warmth of the fireplace.

The kitchen which is independent , has all the necessary equipment and has a office area made up of a bar and several stools, as well as a small dining room.

It consists of four rooms, two with double beds and two with two single beds, has two bathrooms, one of them housing a hydromassage bathtub and shower tray, and the other being a practical toilet. Two large terraces, one of them with barbecue. In the exterior , the house offers you:

• A landscaped space with a chill-out area, as well as tables and stone benches to eat what you cook on the barbecue.

• A pool perfect for quelling the summer heat, usable from June 1 to September 30 (orientative date).

You will find a spacious and bright home since everything is exterior.

In summer you will cool off with the air conditioning and ceiling fans that it has in its rooms and in winter, with heating in all its rooms and its two s fireplaces, so you can spend magnificent moments on its comfortable sofas. We have free Wifi in all rooms. Outside there is a large parking area. Before entry, requires a deposit as a deposit which will be returned 5 days after departure provided that the established rules are met and it has been verified that there is no damage to the home. Rules: No pets, no smoking on premises, no parties. We are sure that during your stay you will be very comfortable and you will feel as if you were in your own home. That will be our greatest achievement.

Our accommodation is located in Biar, in a quiet and pleasant area that belongs to the province of Alicante.

We have a space in which it is worth recreating, and where you will find both nature and culture in the urban area, to complete a perfect vacation for any type of taste.

Among the green spaces, you can take advantage of and do some of the paths that are scattered around the area, and with which you will have privileged views.

In the urban center of Biar, you can meet:

• The 13th century castle.
• The arch of San Roque, which is one of the remains that remains from the medieval period that the municipality lived through.
• The Ethnological Museum.
• Landscaped areas and cobbled streets to be able to walk.
• Tourist routes throughout the town.
