We are in Torla, a small town located north of Huesca, bordering France. It is located flanking the entrance to the Ordesa Valley, nominated World Heritage by UNESCO. It covers a wide area of valleys and ravines through which the Arazas river circulates forming waterfalls.
This Valley was also appointed National Park in 1918, being the second park of Spain to receive this title. In 1982 it was extended to 155608 hectares to form the National Park of Ordesa and Monte Lost. Among its ecosystems are glaciers and pine forests, which house creatures such as marmotes.
Linding with this park is the Bujaruelo Valley, which is mainly used as a place of pastures for different types of cattle. It is appointed place of community importance together with the throat of the Navarrese and in danger of extinction such as the Pardo Pardo Pardo or the demon of the Pyrenees they use it as a home.
