Casa Caborzal

We have available to our guests a rural house that is located in the small Cantabrian village of Renedo de Cabuerniga.

This is 2 unified field houses made of stone and 2 floors. the ground floor has 60 m2 and the attic measures 30.

In our rural accommodation you can accommodate up to 10 people. On the ground floor we have 3 bedrooms, one with marriage bed and the others with 2 individual beds each. All rooms have television.

In this plant there is also a dining room with chimney and a cuisine American that has appliances such as oven, microwave or hob. In addition, in this same space there is a round dining table. In addition, there is a room equipped with sofa bed in the second home.

The stays that complete the ground floor are 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower and screen plate.

The buchardilla is used as living room, has television and dvd, as well as a library in which we have maps and guides surrounding and a collection of table games.  It is also used as a third room, since 2 individual beds can be placed more.

Outside the house is the garden with natural grass and an outdoor eating or dinner area. There is also a barbecue space, which is firewood. There is also a garage available to park the vehicle inside the farm.

We offer our customers a series of complementary services as:

• cribs for babies.
• Organization of activities for children.
• bicycles found in the garage.
• Enjoy the gastronomy of the area in our restaurant.

The entire rural house is equipped with heating central and connection wi-fi.

Renedo de Cabuerniga is a tourist interest point for the popular architecture buildings that make it up. It is located in the Real Valle de Cabuerniga, embraced by forests of areas and Robles and bathed by the waters of the Saja River.

A short distance, specifically to only 8 kilometers, is the municipality of head of the salt, whose origin dates back to the Roman era due to the exploitation of the salt mines that are located here.

You can also view the historic town of Comillas, with tourist interests such as:

• "El Capricho", a building designed by the famous architect Gaudí.
• church built in the seventeenth century, following a baroque mountain style, and where the Spanish comedy "cousins" of the director Sánchez Arévalo was shot.
• overline palace, built in 1888 following a neo -Gothic style and with modernist sculptures inside.
