Our rural house is located located in the surroundings of El Arenal. It is new construction, it is in perfect condition and with all the new furniture.

is divided into 2 floors and an attic in which 10 people can stay. Due to its location, right in the center of the Sierra de Gredos, it is possible to observe it from the house.

Access to the rural accommodation is at street level, with site to park the car. As soon as you enter you will find an entrance hall, equipped to meet visitors, that takes us straight to the living-dining room of about 40 m2, that has a fireplace and overlooks an outdoor terrace. The walls are decorated in different colors that combine, as well as traces built in brick. In this room is also located the dining table.

Also, in this first floor we can also find the complete kitchen with the necessary utensils and a toilet. To organize the pots, there are cabinets in the upper and lower parts of the room.

Going up the stairs located in the hall we will find on the first floor 3 rooms, of which 2 have beds for weddings and one with separable beds. Counting one with private terrace and all of them with private bathroom. In addition, they have closets or dressers to store the clothes you bring.

Finally, in the attic we find a room where up to 4 people can stay, since it has a double bed and 2 extra beds. In addition to another bathroom. In that attic area, apart from being used as a room, it can be used as a small room, since it has a stretcher table with chairs, and a coffee table.

In this high area of ​​the house you can also enjoy a terrace that has barbecue.

This rural accommodation is located within the Sierra de Gredos, a place where the willow is the king of its vegetation, but where there are also many other species that also take their place, such as oaks, oaks or pines.

In the vicinity of the house there are some indoor bathing areas thanks to the El Arenal river pass, where some impressive natural pools have appeared.
