Beautiful and spacious house for 12 people, located in the charming beach town of Llançá, on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea, in the heart of Costa Brava, east of the province of Girona.

Guests who choose to stay at this secure property will enjoy the following:

• A spacious and bright living room, whose rest area is made up of a couple of triples and a couple of individual armchairs arranged around a large built-in fireplace next to which a widescreen television has been arranged, is flooded with natural light thanks to the fact that the wall that would face the outside towards the sea is made up of huge windows. On a second level, behind the fireplace, we find a room not separated from the first in which an elegant dining room for 8 s.
has been arranged.

• 5 double-sized bedrooms although one of them would be quadruple by capacity, given that in a children's/youth room design it contains 4 beds in a bunk format. Of the remaining there are 2 rooms with double beds and another 2 that have a pair of twin single beds. All without exception have exterior projection as it is a house in the middle of a farm, which in conjunction with its large windows provide abundant natural lighting.

• The house has 3 full bathrooms, 2 of them with bathtub and the other with shower. In addition, there are 2 toilets as an alternative use.

• The kitchen that is more than fully equipped, in which we find a second draft of fireplace, in addition to a gas cooker on an island or peninsula with which the most gourmets will enjoy a barbaric thing, for the rest of the occupants of the house there is a cozy corner perfect for breakfast under the light of the window .

Going outside and before touring the extensive and well-kept gardens , we find a porch with natural stone slabs that is equipped with a set of outdoor furniture made up of a very long table and several seats around it, from the that the inhabitants of the house will be able to enjoy cheerful and relaxed meals in the open air with the Mediterranean Sea as the background horizon. On the second floor there is a terrace practically the same size with another set of furniture that offers views if not better than the same.

For all those passionate about history, they are in luck, since in these latitudes they can find the most diverse remains, from megalithic monuments to ruins from the war conflicts of recent history. In the area closest to the town of Llança, despite the peaceful image it projects at the present time, it was a highly disputed square in military terms, as in the Plaza Mayor of the town of Llançá itself, next to the Church of Sant Vicenç we will come across the entrance to the old air-raid shelter from the Spanish Civil War that served to shelter the population from the bombings of Italian aviation allied to the fascist troops with whom they shared a political sign.

In the vicinity of Cap de Ras, we find one of the points of the "Line P" that was designed by the Franco regime for the possible defense of the allied troops that won the Second World War, which was he suspected they could enter the national territory through the Pyrenees or by sea. Thus, in this beautiful enclave of the Costa Brava we find a corridor of trenches that are introduced into the terrain to become a network of tunnels whose epicenter is a large bunker, which unlike the one that had in the town, this had as its reason to exist the attack/defense of a martial nature.

Also forming part of that Francoist defensive line that was definitively unitized in 1985, we find the bunker on the way to the summit of Roca Miralles, which fortunately has been abandoned for better services, as it has been converted into shelter for shepherds.
