Casa Catalina I - Los Valles

The house is located within a complex of 4 houses of more than 250 years old. It is located in the picturesque village of Los Valles, which has just over 500 inhabitants and is part of the island of Lanzarote.

The house has 2 or 3 bedrooms with a maximum capacity of 6 people. The house can be rented individually or next to the Catalina II.

The house is located in a valley from where you can see the dark mountains whose characteristic color comes from the volcanic action. The entrance and facade is white which contrasts with the dark color of the environment.

The rooms are decorated with a colonial style where the wood is the most used material. The floor is terracotta which contrasts with the light color of the walls. Each of the beds of the house come dressed in full and with their set of pillows.

Inside each room there are decorative elements from another time. In addition to wooden cabinets, bedside tables and chairs to enjoy the space more comfortably. Thanks to the spacious wooden framed windows, sunlight enters the spaces effectively illuminating them. The rooms have private bathroom private, and each of the guests have a towel set completo.

The dining room is very spacious and has some large windows where you can enjoy the garden and the sunlight that invades the space. The living room has sofa and chairs where you can watch the television, listen to music through the sound equipment or sit down to read a good book. We also have free WIFI throughout the house. The dining room has a capacity for 6 people sitting comfortably. The roof of the house is made of wood and we can see the beams of this material that support it.

The kitchen comes equipped al complete with the electrodomésicos necessary for comfort. We have utensils and utensils necessary for the guests to be quiet.

The baths are also complete and we have a towel set for each guest In addition, the house has a safe at your disposal.

The house is located at Los Valles, in the municipality of Teguise, in Lanzarote.

In Teguise live just over 21,000 inhabitants. There we can visit several places of interest such as La Cilla, the hermitage of the Holy Christ of the True Cross, the Spínola Palace or Castillo de Santa Bárbara. In addition to the hermitage of Our Lady of the Snows, the patron saint of the island of Lanzarote.

Very close to the house is the National Park of Timanfaya, where you can observe fauna and flora as well as long walks through its many roads and corners.

The most popular land activities are the trekking and the mountain bike routes. In Teguise you can visit every Sunday the largest street market in the Canary Islands, where you can buy local crafts and art as well as taste its wide range of cuisine.
