Casa Chille

El Castellar is the municipality in which this rural accommodation located within the province of Teruel builds its walls. The house was built in 1990 in the image and likeness of the other typical peasant houses in the area but, over the years, it was rehabilitated by changing part of its roof while preserving its original structure based on 2 heights.

The house has the possibility of sheltering 13 people, so its facilities are prepared to accommodate a large number of people, such as a large family or a group of friends who decide to leave the daily routine and come to a town characterized by its situation and environment, offering panoramic views of the landscape.

The accommodation makes available to the tenants all the necessary comforts and facilities so that the people who stay in the house feel at home and do not worry about anything.

• A large American-style kitchen with latest-generation appliances that provide it with a complete equipment. Countertop into which the faucet and, close to it, the glass-ceramic hob, space dedicated to the preparation of delicious dishes. Its wooden cabinets and drawers are responsible for storing all the cutlery, crockery and household items. In addition, at one end of the kitchen there is a large refrigerator with the capacity to store all the food necessary to supply 15 people. The kitchen is separated from the rest of the rooms by an American bar .

• A few steps from the kitchen is the dining room table, a wooden piece of furniture covered by a tablecloth and surrounded by several chairs so that all the guests in the house can find their place. It is the ideal place to celebrate a special occasion or meet friends for dinner with the comfort of having all the kitchen utensils within easy reach and the warmth of the fireplace in the environment.

• The living room is located in the same space as the dining room and is made up of a black sofa located in front of the dining room table and one of the most special spaces in the house, the fireplace, a protagonist in the cold seasons of the year in which its flames will heat the house. A television hanging on the wall becomes the perfect audiovisual alternative for those relaxing moments.

• 5 bedrooms consisting of both beds for single use and double beds. Many of these rooms have 3 beds inside and are designed for a family with one child. There are also more intimate bedrooms with just a double bed inside. These are cozy rooms made up mostly of wooden furniture such as the bedside tables or the wardrobes, in each of the rooms and intended for tenants to store their luggage. Walls that change their color depending on the bedroom but have in common the arrangement of different paintings. Space very well lit both by the location of its windows with respect to outside light and by its lamps, responsible for illuminating when day falls.

• A single bedroom that has a bed designed to be occupied by a child due to its dimensions.

• 3 full bathrooms and shared use for all guests in the house. 2 of them have a bathtub while the rest consists of a shower. In addition, toiletries are included as well as towels.

The exterior is made up of a large garden that combines asphalted soil with grass. Next to the entrance door to the farm, there is a barbecue so that the tenants can cook something different on a special occasion when the good weather is good.

There is space to park a couple of vehicles at the entrance of the house and from the garden you can contemplate the wonderful views of the Castle of El Castellar.

Within the province of Teruel this rural house is located, specifically in the municipality of El Castellar, in which one of its places of interest takes place, the Castillo, which dates its construction in the S. XII y that throughout history has been restored on several occasions. The hermitage of Santa Ana is located within the town and is another of the most visited places by tourists.
