Casa Croscat

This rural house is located in the Catalan area, specifically in a Girona municipality of Santa Pau. The structure of the house has been standing since the eighteenth century, but at present it is completely renovated in its interior, being thus conditioned for daily life.

It has capacity for maximum 8 people, being the minimum 4 to be able to rent it. You can come with your mascots, because in this house we will welcome them. The distribution of the house is as follows:

Hay 4 double bedrooms. Of those 4, there are 2 of each type: of marriage and with single beds together. In addition, it is possible that we can provide you with an extra bed and a baby crib. In addition, 2 of these rooms have the advantage of having a bathroom own, while the other 2 must share bathroom.

In the services you will find, in addition to the usual toilets, a hair dryer and the body, feet and hands towels.

The living room and dining room share the same room, from which is accessed outside. The living room is formed by several sofas and armchairs in the center of which there is a glass coffee table. In the dining area there is also a table with chairs, a wood stove. Television and DVD is part of the equipment of this living-dining room.

The kitchen is independent. In it you will have washing machine, dishwasher or toaster, among other appliances. On each side there are several cabinets with doors in which the kitchenware and the rest of the battery are stored. La kitchen is gas.

Outside there is a porch and a barbecue. Garden furniture, such as chairs and tables, are the decoration that you will find here.

The house has an internet connection through Wi-Fi network.

Santa Pau is a municipality considered a mountain due to its central location in the heart of the Garrotxa. The origin of the town dates from the Middle Ages, that is why part of its heritage, such as o castle or porches, is preserved from this era.

Out of our limits we recommend going to visit:

• Volcanic Zone of the Garrotxa. You can walk through the boilers of one of the few volcanoes in the peninsular area. In total there are 21.

• Hayedo de Jordá. A huge park plagued by trees of different sizes and for which you can make routes.

• Olot. It is a neighboring municipality famous for its kitchen, which has been deniminada like "volcanic". Since the Middle Ages different monuments have been built that are currently preserved.
