This rural house is located in the municipality of Artenara, a privileged location on the Spanish island of Gran Canaria.

It is an old house for family use that was rehabilitated in 1998 to be used as rural accommodation, however, its structure on which the facilities were kept intact. It was later reformed in 2012 to provide it with a private pool.
This accommodation has the capacity to shelter a maximum of 6 people, being the perfect place to go with the family or with a group of friends who want to get away for a few days from the routine and get closer to one of the paradises of our country, in which the climate, the natural environment and its inhabitants will make you feel like you are in the best of your dreams.

The house is made up of the following rooms:

• A cozy and spacious kitchen that is equipped with a complete equipment of latest generation appliances to facilitate the daily life of the tenants. marble countertop in which 4 burners are made to prepare delicious dishes. It is a room prepared so that several people can cook at the same time, it is also very well lit thanks to its glass doors that lead to the outside of the house. In its drawers and wooden cabinets all the household items are stored, as well as the cutlery and crockery.

• The dining area is located in the kitchen, it consists of a wooden table with several chairs around it. Its proximity to the kitchen allows kitchen utensils to be within easy reach. Also, for the cold seasons, there is a stove that will warm the tenants.

• The living room is one of the coziest rooms in the house. It is made up of a pair of upholstered sofas in orange that are located around a small wooden table and in front of a piece of furniture that holds the flat TV, the perfect audiovisual alternative for relaxing moments. White walls in which there are hanging different pictures that combine with the rest of the furniture in the room. In addition, a round wooden table with 4 chairs around it r allows guests to gather and play a board game or cards while chatting. From the living room there is direct access to the exterior of the accommodation.

• 3 double bedrooms, 2 of them have a double bed inside while the remaining one has 2 beds for single use. There is the possibility that a sofa becomes an extra double bed in the event that the number of guests is greater than 6 (valid only if children come). The bedrooms are cozy and present the same decorative characteristics, highlighting their white walls, their nightstands, their windows that illuminate the rooms with natural light and their closets so that tenants can store their luggage. Undoubtedly, rooms that are designed to guarantee full rest.

• A full bathroom that is shared by all the people who stay in the house. Composed of a bathtub for the tenants to relax during the bath, it also makes available the t oallas and the basic body wash products.

In the outdoor there are 2 terraces, one at the back of the house in which the pool is also located along with sun loungers and umbrellas for guests to relax while sunbathing. In this area of ​​the house there is a small toilet so that the tenants do not have to go inside the accommodation.

The other terrace is at the entrance of the house and is made up of a area with barbecue to cook delicious grilled meat. Artenara is located a few kilometers from the Parque Natural de Tamadaba, characterized by its ravines and escarpments that form a landscape of rocks that contrast with the crystalline sea. The Pilancoles Natural Park is the other Natural Park in Gran Canaria.
