Casa de Aldea - Hacienda Llamabúa

This beautiful rural house is located on the outskirts of Navia, a municipality belonging to the extreme northwest of the Principality of Asturias, in the north of the peninsula.
The house is located within a farm that it shares with a rural hotel and an apartment building, on a private land that exceeds 1,000 square meters.

The housing façade preserves elements of its original architecture , with the wood that surrounds the windows, balconies and doors.

It is an ideal accommodation for large groups of friends or for families with many members, since it can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 12 people.

The interior of the house is distributed over 3 floors. On the lower floor there are:

• The room, one of the jewels of the house. It is a large open space dominated by light tones. The roof, with exposed wooden views, creates a cozy and homely atmosphere. On one of the walls is the fireplace, surrounded by stone. Next to it, some original shelves decorate the walls. Completing this space, we find sofas with capacity for everyone, hammocks, and television.

• The dining room is located halfway between the living room and the kitchen. In it you will have a large wooden table, matching the chairs and the furniture where the dishes are stored.

• The kitchen has all the necessary equipment to make your stay unforgettable: from basic appliances such as washing machine, oven and dishwasher, to utensils and household items.

In the first and second floors are the bedrooms, specifically there are:

• 6 double bedrooms, some with a double bed and others with 2 single beds. The bedrooms are conceived as spaces dedicated to rest, with a simple decoration that gives prominence to the beauty of the architecture.

• 6 Complete bathrooms, one in each bedroom. In them there are towels and basic toiletries.

In the outdoor , you can enjoy a private area with barbecue and garden furniture so you can eat outdoors. In addition, it has parking for a maximum of 6 cars.
If you want to share your experience with other guests, in the estate that surrounds the house you will find large gardens where there is a swimming pool for summer, a playground, and a pond with views of nature.

The surroundings of the farm are perfect for X, sports like the riding o the mountain bike, or just enjoy listening to the singing of the birds
We are near the Ría de Navia, one of the most important in the north of the peninsula. In addition, there are several XXa beaches a few kilometers.

If you want to know the old town of Navia, we recommend you visit:

• The parish church of Navia, a religious temple built in a neo-Gothic style around the nineteenth century.

• The town hall of Navia, village meeting center. It has a light blue façade easily recognizable.

For those who encourage you to visit the surrounding villages, in a few minutes you will arrive at Puerto de Vega, a municipality of fishing origin with streets full of history.
