The village of Asiego belongs to the council of Cabrales, which in turn belongs to the northern province of Asturias.

In this visit, which lasts approximately 4 hours, a route is made through La Quesería in which the the grazing or the crops of the apple that the Asturian cider provides us, we visit the Cave of the Sotámbanos in which this cheese matures. In the final stretch of this visit you can taste the cider and cheese in the espicha, which is the name given to the Asturian meetings.
